I think it's absolutely hilarious that people would "thumbs down" a spout about someone wanting drug tests for individuals on welfare/public assistance. As a taxpayer for one of the highest costing municipalities in the county, I commend the other spouter's opinion and I too want random drug tests for people on welfare; this system is ridiculously abused.
