Nothing is getting better here. It is like living through the movie "Groundhog Day." Lower Township has become a cesspool. Poor and, worse yet, poorly-educated people who seem to get their morals from rabbits are overwhelming us with addiction, illegitimacy, theft and sloth. And our citizens and politicians are more worried about dogs on the beach. Woe is us. What are decent people to do?
