All these improvements in Wildwood Crest are costing a lot of money, first for the improvements and then the maintenance thereafter. We see in Avalon that such improvements increase property values significantly. So hopefully all of this will not end up costing the taxpayers because of all the new, expensive homes that are likely to be built.
