We have Section 8 who recently moved in on our street. The children go on properties when no one is home and scooter, skateboard and ride bikes, doing tricks. The mom watches and could care less. Any ideas about how to stop this? Talking to her is like talking to someone who does not understand property rights. I am talking about this because the mother would sue in a New York minute if the kids are in any way injured while doing this activity.
