The whole Stone Harbor Blvd./Exit 10 Parkway corridor is a mess of a traffic situation. The traffic lights are programmed opposite of what they should be. Traffic going east/west should have priority and be more green than red. Instead, the lights are programmed to benefit traffic exiting the Parkway.
