A large group of party goers with obvious open alcohol containers and loud, live, lousy music playing from large speakers invaded 2nd Street Beach and disrupted everyone's beach-going experience Aug. 29. Conveniently, all police officers were absent from their daily patrol. I'm assuming these new rules apply to everyone. Therefore, eat, drink and be obnoxious. Something smells fishy and it's not low tide!
