When the last Republican president left office in January 2009, the unemployment rate was 7.8 percent and rising rapidly, due to Republican policies. Now, after eight years of Democratic policies, the unemployment rate is 5.1 percent and still steadily dropping. Why would any sane voter vote for any Republican? Please, humor me.
