I agree with the spouter from Cape May/West Cape May about the Cove Beach in Cape May being so dirty and trashed up. But it has been like that all summer, and I even complained last summer to the Public Works and nothing was done. You pay for beach tags and parking meters, and have to obey all the beach rules. Then why must we have to sit on a dirty beach?
