As we approach the height of the hurricane season, intelligent folks wonder why more research isn't happening about storm prevention or mitigation instead of using scarce taxpayer dollars to just give to dubious allies who then use that money to spy on us, pay lobbyists to influence feckless politicians to vote their way or even sink our ships, which killed our precious sailors?
