Why doesn't the Herald publish an article regarding the drug-addicted babies of Cape May County and how this is impacting our next generation? Why doesn't anyone care about the unborn children? There is so much published about the drug-addicted, but these poor newborns are forgotten; placed in foster care. Why aren't these mothers and fathers held accountable?
