I recently applied for a position at Lower Twp. Elementary schools. Come to find out the position was already earmarked; the employment aid and my resume was just an exercise. The most discouraging part was that the school system didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to send me a letter stating the position had been filled. It does not speak very highly of the character of those individuals in charge. We need to improve the process and be more transparent. If those individuals can not comply then they need to be replaced.
