As a resident and taxpayer of beautiful Cape May, I am appalled at the deplorable conditions that exist and have existed at the only convenient public beach bathroom at Decatur and Beach Ave. where there are only four ladies stalls. Why are people allowed to use this facility as their personal dressing room? Can't the city use a portion of beach revenue to man the bathroom (even for the afternoon hours) with an attendant to prevent people from "bathing" in the sinks, tying up every stall and leaving their mess behind them? Others wait in lines endlessly. What about children and pregnant women?
