The removal of the traffic lights on the Parkway have turned the southern end of that road into the Indianapolis Speedway! If you happen to merge onto the roadway from Stone Harbor Boulevard, you take your life in your hands on a Thursday or Friday evening. We have created a very dangerous situation.
