Now that there has been a very unfortunate, fatal truck vs. bike accident in Avalon, will the police start to realize the dangers of summer cycling and start enforcing traffic laws for bikes? It does not matter who was at fault in this crash. What matters is that there is the potential for terrible accidents that is not getting police attention.
