As the summer winds down, why is code enforcement selective in North Wildwood? A retired, high salary employee's property has weeds in the fence, siding falling off the house and junk strewn all over. Why not enforce this property under the code? When is something going to be done with Coconut Cove? Its been vandalized, broken into, and stripped of all valuable equipment. Also, broken windows, holes in walls and floors, and not secured from the creek side. Stop selective enforcement.
