Sorry, but I think the idea that youthful biorhythms need to be matched to school schedules is a load of dung. Children are not born sleeping late and staying up late. They learn or develop those patterns. Yes, they need sleep. Instead of starting school later, that means turning off the TV, iPad, iPod, etc., and going to bed. Generations of Americans did fine, and our biorhythms synced just right with our schedules. Stop getting soft America.
