Summer is almost over. There are lots of wonderful things about summer at the shore; warm sunny days, cool breezy nights, lots of good places to eat, lots of smiling people, but the flip side will always be the traffic and congestion that accompanies the good stuff. I found over 20 spouts since May from several towns complaining about bicyclists and many had a common thread; the police do not bother to enforce traffic laws involving bicycles. Wouldn't it be great if next summer they caught on to how much of a problem bikes are? Biking is good. Safe, legal biking is better. See you in 2016.
