I read and re-read all the Spout Off standards, and still cannot comprehend, as do many other readers, why spouts that meet all those standards still are not printed, on topics of general interest. Thus, we conclude it involves some type of arbitrary decision by the Herald staff to censor such spouts, which appear on a daily basis on other social media. And, we're sure, this comment will also not appear.
