I read a brief article on the 'Heroin Walk.' The drug issue is one of supply and demand. Some of the people who are vocal about the drug issues have family members who are users and are part of the problem, 50 percent of the problem. You know when they have it, turn them in so they can go through the system and get some type of treatment. Stop letting them steal from you, other family members and us, your neighbors.
