Why does public works sweep the streets every day at 5:45 a.m.? Why not start at 7 when the daily trash pick-up for businesses commences? I know I bought in a commercial area but this street sweeping at the crack of dawn is killing me and my visitors. What are they sweeping anyway? If they wanted to do something better, why not power wash the filthy sidewalks in front of Wawa? Also, the loose trash in front of businesses isn't being cleaned up.
