Virtually everyone on the Crest "fishing" pier is on a bike, skateboard, smoking or has a dog despite numerous signs posted that this isn't allowed. People are also now all over the restricted and posted dunes climbing onto the pier. The police do nothing, even those on the buggys in the pier beach area. At least they could give a warning and embarrass these uncaring individuals.
