I have been living in Cape May County for four years and will soon be returning to Pennsylvania; my roots are deep. Recently, someone asked me what I'll miss most about living here. Though some might say the beach, without hesitation I replied "the library." The staff, programs and branch locations are nothing short of exceptional. I wish I could take it all with me.
