We have rented on 18th Street in Avalon for several years and noticed a blue truck has been parked in the same spot every year and it does not move. We can't help but wonder why a town like Avalon does not enforce the State of New Jersey abandoned vehicle laws? Hard to believe that the homeowners like seeing it.
