Many cheers to Target for doing away with gender specific toys and shopping, now making it possible to shop for children without worrying if the purchase is appropriate for a particular child. Society seems to be moving in a similar direction, so now we should better educate children and their parents to discard outdated ideas about gender. This is also a job for our schools.
