Enough is enough with people riding bikes and breaking the laws on Beach Drive as the police watch it happen. In four blocks, people were on sidewalks going the wrong way on one-way streets, running lights and weaving in and out of traffic. I want to know how many tickets are issued a year. Police were watching it happen on corners but looked the other way. Maybe we need a casualty to get action.
