Lower Township appears to allow variances on lot size or house-to-land ratios far too often, at least in Villas. It does the township no benefit to allow the property values in Villas to decrease even further. In fact, given the number of homes here, it would behoove Lower Township to develop ways to make those values increase, such as adhering to zoning regulations, code enforcement inspections, increased police presence, etc.
