Regarding the spout about accidents being caused by people not driving the minimum speed: Where does one find the minimum speeds for various roads? The speeds which are posted are the maximum speeds, as we all know, but where are the minimums? Commuting for over 20 years on Route 47, I came to the understanding that a driver should drive at a speed no faster than they can safely control the vehicle, and pull over and allow traffic to pass if need be, and the rest of us should relax.
