The Causeway into and out of Sea Isle is an experience. Most people go faster than the speed limit of 40. When large trucks and those hauling boats pass, you can feel it; some people are scared they are going to hit the side when heading out of SIC, and don't stay in their lane and drive over the middle line into the opposite lane. It says the speed limit is strictly enforced, but how?
