Does Avalon have rules for trailers parked on the streets? An unsightly trailer has marred all homes on 8th Street for the past year. Despite written and verbal requests from neighbors and the 50 condominium residents, the trailer remains. This unsightly mess in a residential area has angered the entire neighborhood and potentially lowered our property values.
