Recently at the North Cape May community pool, I decided to take a swim. As I entered the pool I noticed a baby jumping in and out of the pool in the deep end without parents to be seen nor swimmies. I and another woman became concerned. She tried to get the lifeguard's attention without making a scene, but he was too busy texting.
