Why is J.F. Kiely being allowed to spread weed seeds as grass? They did some gas lines in North Cape May and dug up the area by my sidewalk. The seed they spread after is horrible tough weeds. My mower doesn't even want to cut it! South Jersey Gas needs to address this. I'm phoning you next.
