Another great day on Lower beaches; dogs running everywhere, boats being launched from the beaches, drunk people throwing beer bottles in the water so we could step on them; good enforcement of the laws. I am waiting for the big lawsuit from someone who gets bitten by a loose dog, and I do not blame the person who sues the owner and township.
