Are there any laws currently in Lower Township that define problematic rental properties? I know in other areas there are and actions are taken against the property owner. If there are none here, they should be considered. These problematic properties consume resources that could be utilized elsewhere, along with slowing response time for those who rarely need or use police services. It would be interesting to see a 12-month report on multiple police responses to properties by address.
