In regards to a recent editorial submission regarding the New Jersey state lottery: Pennsylvania shares the lottery proceeds with senior citizens. New Jersey shares the proceeds with the schools. The seniors get no help from the lottery. Maybe it's time to start putting some of that money towards property tax relief.
