On a scorching hot day I recently witnessed an SUV with a kennel company logo pull into a parking space at Court House Acme. There were a couple of dogs in the back and the driver had only the front window open slightly to allow the thick cigarette smoke to escape. She then turned off the car and got out, locked the car and walked into Acme for who knows how long!
