Regarding the seawall and people having an issue with people and dogs: I walk my dog, I jog and I power walk and never have an issue. It's about being responsible for your actions; keep a short leash; if jogging don't run up on people. What I do have an issue with is the trash that is left by people. Beer cans, plastic bags, fish line, bait, hooks, fish blood, water bottles, paper towels, etc. If you are using the wall for any activity, be responsible and respectful, and clean up after yourself.
