As a conscientious objector, witness and partaker in the capture of those two kids ripping off vacationers on the beach: I think NW needs to recognize North Wildwood Beach Patrol for their efforts. I witnessed a guard running after a fast kid, mind you the guard was running in bare feet. The kid jumped over the railing on 18th Ave., 15 feet down. It was an amazing show of force.
