As a responsible dog owner who short leashes my dog and picks up after her, I'd like to see joggers banned from the seawall in North Wildwood. They tend to distract from the serene, peaceful walks I share with my dog by being in a hurry and running all the time. Perhaps if they are concerned with being forced off the seawall onto the rocks or beach, they should choose to run on the 50 or so wide streets in NW, or even better, Maxwell Field has an eight-lane track that, amazingly, is made for running and you can't fall off it.
