I was on the beach at Lincoln Blvd. when I witnessed an old woman approach and verbally attack a younger woman that had her dog with her. The older woman would not listen to the woman with the dog about the ordinance not being in effect yet. The woman ranted about reading the signs; the signs that were illegal and am very pleased that they were all removed that day. I'm glad the woman and her dog stayed. She bothered no one and her dog was not only beautiful but well-behaved. The police came and agreed with the dog owner. She was not in violation. Then they set the old woman straight. Amen!
