The court ruling/delay of the beach ordinance does not stop Lower Township from passing a new beach/dog ban ordinance and having it go into effect before the end of this summer. The court ruling was only a short delay. The only thing that will stop them is massive public outcry at the council meetings. If you do not come to the meetings, I guarantee that dogs will be banned, and soon. Dog owners are a large voting block, so let's band together and stop them.
