When are bicyclists going to learn that rules apply to them too? I nearly ran over two women June 11 who went through a red light on 96th Street in Stone Harbor. I've also maneuvered around them when they insist on riding two or three abreast, as well as when they don't stay in bike lanes, don't use them at all or when they use the sidewalks instead. Please use common sense and courtesy.
