I agree with the gentlemen who spouted about the North Wildwood seawall. This problem has been going on for years with loose dogs and dog poop, long leases, and no one will help put a stop to it. I've complained to the mayor a few times and talked to NW police officers on bikes. I have had a few dogs even come after me because of the way I was power walking, and the owners didn't even care. One day someone is going to fall off the seawall into the rocks, then all the finger pointing begins. Ban dogs from the NW seawall.
