The Crest outdoor concert series is great. It's great to see families from young to old attending, but an injury is sure to occur as a result of the bikers, skateboarders and scooter use on the sidewalks during the events. The police officers just stand there with their arms folded watching the show as part of the audience instead of being a little more proactive for the safety of all in attendance.
