Could someone do something about the putrid, unsightly dumpster in the 100 Block of Spruce Ave.? Many visitors to our beloved entertainment district have to walk past these dumpsters to the smell of rotting trash and the sight of oozing garbage juice that stains the sidewalk. This dumpster has been a problem for years. My pregnant sister-in-law nearly tossed her cookies walking past it over Fourth of July weekend! This dumpster is beneath the standards of this fair city.
