Villas is out of control, with juveniles ruining the neighborhoods, drugs up and down our side streets, absentee landlords, dogs barking and running lose and the code officers not enforcing the laws. It seems officials just care about making sure the tourists have their free parties and fireworks down at the bay front, and sit up there and say we are a close-knit town. You all have rose-colored glasses on.
