Something to think about when we speak about America: Fact is we have more per capita police; that includes local, county, state and all the federal agencies with law enforcement powers in the world. Also, we have a large army, national guard and army reservist. Furthermore, we have the highest per capita of people incarcerated. What does this say about the United States?
