Clearly a disturbance to the public. What rights do vacationers and residents have to enjoy peace and tranquility, or even get a good night's sleep? This has been out of control before with patrons using the dunes as lavatories right in front of families trying to enjoy their oceanfront view. Where is the Lower Township noise ordinance control? Please help.
