I was told last month Lower Township issued tax revaluation for 2013-14. Our town in North Jersey is going through this now and most feel it will only increase taxes and will be applied in the following tax year. As you know, Southern Jersey has lower taxes because the nrothern area's hire out of control BOE employees who have golden parachute pension deals. Our only hope is a representative from the tax board from Trenton, N.J.
