When is Lower Township going to get rid of the 'put your leaves and branches in the street, then we'll never pick them up' policy? They maintain a recycle center for this debris. This policy is old and can no longer obviously be funded by Lower Twp. The streets are full of this nasty debris, and when it rains, it's mosquito heaven.
