I recently saw that Lower Township schools renewed the contract of the business administrator. They did not mention if it came with a raise or if he stays at around $100,000 a year. This administration is always looking to cut others' hours. Did they ever consider looking to fill this position at a lower salary? I'm sure there are a lot of qualified people cheaper for this position. Try posting it and see how many qualified people apply. There's plenty, but they may not be connected.
